Listing Properties at Pan Real Estate

The www.premv.com website is a service provider to the Client which is ruled by the terms and conditions of this agreement. By accesing our website you accept the terms of this agreement and accept to be bound by it.

User Agreement

All properties listed in www.premv.com are photographed and marketed by Pan Real Estate Pvt Ltd. Pan Real Estate Pvt Ltd will not be held responsible if an outside party uses the pictures on this website. We reserve all rights to determine whether or not to list a property depending on the circumstance. A viable reason will be provided if the decision has been made to withhold your property from being listed at www.premv.com.

We reserve the right to remove any listing without notice. In this situation we will attempt to notify the client via the registered email address with the reason(s) for removing the listing from the websites www.premv.com.

We reserve the right to determine in which category or categories a property will be displayed, and may change the content of that directory page at any time or move the listing to another category or subcategory, and change the descriptive text or title without notice. We reserve the right to choose the positioning of the links and their description on any page and these can be changed without notice. 
 

Terms and Conditions

Any information supplied by a Client in the directory submission process is for internal use only. This information will not be given, lend or sold to any external parties except if necessary in those cases of legal matters in relation to www.premv.com directory.

www.premv.com reserves the right to use Client's information for internal marketing purposes including advertisement offers.

Visitor numbers may increase or decrease on www.premv.com does not give any guarantee of the number of visitors to www.premv.com, the number of visitors that will visit any Client's website resulting from a visit to

www.premv.com

Visitor numbers can never be a reason for refunding of any listing fee/ad space fee/or any other commission.  

The www.premv.com website is provided without any warranty of any kind. We give no guarantees that the directory will be functioning 100% without any interruptions or without any error.

Under no circumstances will Pan Real Estate Pvt Ltd or any person working with or for Pan Real Estate Pvt Ltd be liable for losses of any kind to a visitors/client due to the use of the website www.premv.com, including sales, clients, profits, goodwill, data and any other kind of damage even if due to the removal of a listing from the website.
